Cancel their monthly subscription,
Stop making their monthly payments, or
Our service is terminated.
Users who purchase a lifetime subscription have ownership until the service is shut down. Refunds for monthly subscriptions can be requested for the current month. Lifetime subscription refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
